About Joy-Den Jewelers

Chad – Owner
Chad started working for Joy-Den Jewelers while in high school and worked here 9 years before buying the business in 2005. In 2017, Chad purchased the property next store and renovated Joy-Den, doubling it in size while bringing in more lines of jewelry as well as gifts and home goods. Chad graduated from North Bennet Street School of Jewelry in Boston and specializes in diamond sales and custom design.

Bonnie – Client Services
Bonnie has been with a smiling face at Joy-Den for 28 years. Bonnie specializes in engagement rings, custom design and engraving. Bonnie also sells her handmade soy candles under the name “Scentimental Journeys” at the store. Her candles are decorated with dried flowers and additives from her own expansive garden.

Kerry – Jeweler
Kerry has been a bench jeweler and at Joy-Den for 7 years after graduating from North Bennet Street School in Boston. Kerry specializes in all styles of jewelry repair as well as stone setting and custom design and making her own jewelry.

Maureen – Client Services
Maureen has been with Joy-Den for 3 years. After retiring from teaching, Maureen joined us part-time and specializes in fine jewelry and giftware sales.

Mario – Jeweler
Mario comes to Joy-Den with over 50 years as a bench jeweler and specializes in sizing, stone setting and custom design.

Vinnie – Office Manager, Client Services
Vinnie has been with Joy-Den for five years and takes care of accounting, employee resources as well as the sourcing and buying of our giftware. Vinnie is also the owner of “Hudson Soap Kitchen”, a handmade soap line sold at Joy-Den.

Whitney – Shop Dog
Whitney has been at Joy-Den for two years and her specialty is providing exceptional customer service. Whitney was recently promoted to category owner, when she opened her own section of the gift store called “Whitney’s Corner” which sells fabulous, high-end accessories, toys, collars and treats for only the poshest of pooches.
